How to- Host a COD4 (Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare) Public Server for free....

Hi all, :D
In this tutorial, I am gonna tell you about how to host a COD4 Public Server for free!
So to get Started, you will need the following things:
i) Computer (Windows XP, 7, Vista , 8 or any)
ii) Internet Connection (Atleast 1.5 Mbps)
iii) A good Spec PC for large number of players..
iv) GameRanger for more players!
v) Modern Rcon for config your server...

So when you have all these, so what are you waiting for??
Follow the Steps:

Step 1) Open Room in GameRanger
Step 2) Start Game first with Normal Server and then Leave game..
Step 3) Click on Make a Server and make Dedicated to LAN or INTERNET...
Step 4) Now you will see that a new window appears and you have to type in the
text box- rcon_password (any password you would like)
Step 5) Press Enter...
Step 6) Open up Modern Rcon..
Step 7) Type in your IPv4 Address which you can find by going to Network and Sharing Center and click on your active connection and click Details and you will be able to see your IPv4 Address..
Step 8) Put that IPv4 Address in that IP Address box..
Step 9) Put the Rcon Password which you had put in cod4 console..
Step 10) Click Connect and It will connect you to your server and You can setup everything you need...
Step 11) Wolla!! You are DONE!!

Remember:
You can join your server by opening up iw3mp.exe from your game folder and click Join Server and see if your server appears if it doesn't appear, NO PROBLEM!! You can still join your server by typing console in cod4 by press ` and type /connect (Your IPv4 Address):28930 and You are in your Server! :D <3
